A Bit About Me

My father was an art professor. My sister and I grew up in an atmosphere of creative introversion; in South West Louisiana. Me at 5' 11" and her at 5'10". We were the tallest women for 15 zip codes. I had to make some adjustments. Skills as a seamstress were born.

It wasn't a surprise that I studied art; family business after all. First in Massachusetts, then in the French countryside. A combination of skills made me an organized artist. Ultimately creating a business providing frameworks to individuals and entities who had a hard time managing their space. It was a better fit for me than art.

When I moved to London, as the mother of three young boys, organizing skills were essential. So was a segue to a new career. Women’s boutique clothing brought together my history of design, logistics, goal setting and dealing with artistic temperaments.

As an entrepreneur, navigating change may be the the key survival trait. Certainly you end up learning the most about yourself from going through it. Returning to Atlanta found me simultaneously building businesses as a work-style assessment coach, organizational planner and seamstress. I then trained in Biofield Tuning to augment my interest in integrating holistic therapies and the joy of working with my hands.

These experiences and the skills developed alongside them, have given me a broad understanding of applying skillful navigation to achieve one’s goals.Actively embracing the intricacies of life’s journey.
